Our Design Process

Initial Consultation: A consultation is scheduled for the gathering of your ideas, specifications, requirements, and budget in order to commence project arrangements. At this meeting, our estimator will do a site-walk with you to assess the current landscape, take measurements & photos, and do a site analysis. This consultation is no cost to you and can be arranged by calling our office to set up an appointment.

Design Stages: We will work with you to sketch a design that meets your needs as well as review any designs you already have.

Four Easy Steps to Getting Your Landscape Design

Step 1.

Send over inspiration photos to info@bradylandscapingandconstruction.com and fill out our design questionnaire that we will send to you via email.

We will use the hand-sketch done by your landscape consultant during the initial walkthrough as well as measurements and site analysis as reference during the design process.

Step 2.

Choose your design Package.

• 2D Design – includes unlimited phone calls and revisions as well as a comprehensive plant list

Step 3.

Set up a phone consultation with our landscape design consultant. Contact us at bradylandscaping14@gmail.com. The landscape design consultant will gather all information and prepare your design.

Step 4.

Final Design: Now the final design is ready to be implemented! The design is then passed onto the construction teams! Your landscape design consultant will work hands on with you from the start of the design phases all the way until the complete stages of installation.

Construction: You have now reserved a spot on our project schedule. The final design is sent to our Operations Manager who will get your custom crew together to begin the process of demolition and installation of your new landscape! This is an exhilarating phase; and you will be able to communicate directly with the project manager and foreman on the job site from start to finish.
